An AaaS readiness platform, purpose built to document, prepare, and support OSAs to pass CMMC assessment the first time.
Enclave AI™ is a compliance software vendor in the broader GRC space, purpose built for CMMC Level 1 and Level 2. Operated by ElasticD3M, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
Built for the DIB. Operated by AI agents. Run by a human in the loop.
Enclave AI™ is an Agent as a Service readiness platform. It is built, operated, and maintained by ElasticD3M, LLC.
The platform delivers CMMC Level 2 readiness infrastructure to Defense Industrial Base subcontractors and to C3PAOs who refer their preassessment customers to us. The work is performed by AI agents operating under the ElasticD3M Meta Agent Evolution Engine, with human executive oversight at every decision point.
The output is a CMMC Level 2 readiness package: your highest-impact control gaps against the 110-control, 320-objective NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 2 baseline, a draft Plan of Action and Milestones sequenced for executive review, your SPRS posture each cycle, and your System Security Plan and evidence binder building out as your environment data accrues.
We make life easier for the OSAs preparing for assessment, the C3PAOs assessing them, and the RPOs guiding them. Assessments are the exclusive job of independent Cyber AB-authorized C3PAOs, and that separation is permanent.
Built to get you through your C3PAO assessment the first time.
Enclave AI™ is solely dedicated to one outcome: preparing Organizations Seeking Assessment to pass their C3PAO assessment the first time. Everything the platform does serves that single goal.
To protect that outcome, Enclave AI™ stays permanently on your side of the firewall. We prepare you for assessment; independent, Cyber AB-authorized C3PAOs perform it. That separation is exactly what gives a certification its integrity, so by deliberate design we hold no C3PAO authorization and never will. Your assessor stays independent, and your certification keeps its full weight.
Enclave AI™ delivers finished readiness outcomes in place of billable consulting hours. Our customers receive completed work product produced by AI agents and delivered ready to use: the System Security Plan, the POA&M, the evidence packages, and the SPRS posture submission. Human executives stay in the loop on every material decision.
Enclave AI™ is purpose built for CMMC, end to end, engineered around CMMC Level 2 readiness, NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 2, and the assessment procedures under NIST SP 800-171A. CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 readiness is all we do, and we do it completely.
We ran the numbers in April 2026. The Department published the same numbers in July.
ElasticD3M began building Enclave AI™ in April 2026, against the clearest deadline in the defense industrial base: CMMC Phase 2 third-party assessments were scheduled to enter contracts on November 10, 2026, for a market of roughly 76,598 Level 2 contractors served by about one hundred authorized C3PAOs, with the Department’s own Regulatory Impact Analysis pricing a small contractor’s certification path at $104,670 over three years. A mandated market, a hard date, and arithmetic that could not close. We built the platform to close it: continuous measurement, programmatic documentation, and cryptographically verifiable evidence at a price a small contractor can carry.
On July 13, 2026, the Department of War suspended Phase 2 and stood up the CMMC Reform Task Force, citing the same cost and capacity arithmetic. The deadline moved. The obligations did not: DFARS 252.204-7012, 7019, 7020 and 7021 still require safeguarding covered defense information, a current SPRS self-assessment score, and a signed annual affirmation. That standing obligation is what Enclave AI™ was built to carry, and it is what the platform delivers today. Patent Pending, with development on record from April 2026.
The difference between AaaS, which means “AI As A Service,” and SaaS, which means “Software As A Service.”
AI As A Service, or AaaS, is fundamentally different than the more familiar SaaS. A SaaS subscription gives you software to log into and a continuous stream of homework to do once you get back to your office. AaaS businesses put AI agents to work doing the expensive, repetitive work quickly and efficiently for you. With Enclave AI™, you delegate that labor-intensive busy work to the Enclave AI™ agents, which takes it off your team’s shoulders entirely. Enclave AI™ never sleeps; the agents work for you 24/7/365. Enclave AI™ does the work, then submits each report and document to your designated executives, who review the output and approve or disapprove it. The result: state-of-the-art Enclave AI™ does the expensive, labor-intensive, repetitive work around the clock, while every decision stays in the hands of your executives. The difference in workload is enormous.
SaaS (the broader GRC market)
- You log in. You do the work. The software organizes it.
- Configurable for many frameworks. CMMC is one option among many.
- Good for compliance teams that already exist.
- Hourly consulting often required to bridge the configuration gap.
AaaS (Enclave AI™)
- You hit submit on intake. AI agents do the work. You make executive calls.
- Purpose built for CMMC Level 1 and Level 2. Nothing bolted on.
- Built for DIB shops that don’t have a compliance team.
- No billable hours. The agents run continuously; you review and approve each deliverable.
Regulatory anchors & disclosures
Enclave AI™ is a software vendor in the CMMC ecosystem. We deliver CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 readiness software. We do not conduct assessments. Those run exclusively through independent Cyber AB-authorized C3PAOs. The separation is permanent and contractually enforced for partner C3PAOs.
CUI handling: Enclave AI™ does not request, accept, or handle Controlled Unclassified Information in the readiness layer. Should any inadvertently enter our environment, customer notification within 24 hours and secure deletion or return per the customer’s CUI Incident Response Plan.
Right fit: Standard (Tier 1) and above are designed for DIB subcontractors with CUI in the environment. Standard fits situations where a complete CMMC Level 2 readiness package is required. The intake scope check confirms fit before you subscribe.
